Invoicing & Query Resolution

As an essential part of our service to client manufacturers, we provide full invoicing and query resolution. If any hospital contacts a supplier directly, they can simply be referred to their local AAH branch. If the query cannot be resolved at branch level then it is immediately escalated to our Contract Administration team at Head Office for prompt investigation and resolution.
