Primary / Secondary Care Awards

If you are currently working on a project in your day‑today role and are interested in submitting it for either the Primary or Secondary Care Awards, then have the motivation to tell us about it. Email your interest to esther.crutchley@aah.co.uk with 'APTUK/AAH Award 2013 Report Idea' as your subject and indicate which category you are entering for. This will not commit you to entering and will act only as an indication to the level of response for the awards in 2013.

The winning combination

To enter, your submission will need to demonstrate a significant contribution in the following areas:

Innovation
Service improvement/development
Clear evidence of personal input
A definitive outcome that demonstrated a benefit to either a patient and/or organisation.

Winners

The winners of the Primary and Secondary Care Awards both receive:

£1000 to spent on further education or training of their choice
An engraved trophy and certificate
One years free membership to APTUK
Free place at the APTUK Annual Conference in 2013
