AAH Dextrous Solutions

If you don't have an AAH account but require access to Merck Serono products (Cetrotide, Crinone, Gonal-F, Luveris, Ovitrelle and Pergoveris) only, please download and complete the forms below. Once received we will confirm and advise when your account will be open.

The pack includes useful information, application forms, Direct Debit mandate, Conditions of Sale and Supply Terms.

If you need to order products but have not yet opened an account with us please call 0844 561 2008 and we can arrange a delivery.  To ensure further orders you must complete and send back your forms within 5 days.
