Wockhardt UK Ltd – Co-codamol 8mg/500mg Recall

We have been informed from the MHRA of an incident where Co-codamol 30mg/500mg tablets have been found in one batch of lower strength Co-codamol 8mg/500mg manufactured and supplier by Wockhardt UK Ltd.
 
The affected product specific details are as below.

Where possible please contact patients to request that all remaining stock of batch LL11701 Co-codamol 8mg/500mg tablets be returned to the pharmacy where they were dispensed.
 
Please return all affected stock to your local AAH branch.
