Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  • The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
  • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  • You will be automatically entered into the prize draw if you have completed the Practice Managers Show Questionnaire. All entries must be submitted in person to a representative on the AAH stand at the Practice Managers Conference taking place on 27th September and 28th September 2018 and only one entry per person is permitted.
  • The opening date for entries is 9am on 27th September 2018. The closing date of the prize draw is 5pm on 28th September 2018. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  • A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 1st October 2018 ("Draw Date").
  • The winner will receive one (1) LOVE2SHOP voucher in the sum of £75.00.
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within three (3) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner by post within fourteen (14) days of the winner being notified of their win.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
  • The winner may be required to take part in publicity and/or promotional activities organised by the Promoter and relating to the prize draw.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending dispensingdoctors@aah.co.uk an email within 30 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Tote Box Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  • Entrants to this competition must be aged 18 or over, and are only eligible to enter if consistent in returning tote boxes.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition
  • There will be two prize draws where a single winner will be picked from each of the following, AAH Customers Branches and AAH Drivers.
  • The consistency of returning tote boxes will be judged based on the number of tote boxes inputted into the EPOS system. Any tote boxes not scanned into the system will not be included.
  • Only one entry per person will be considered.
  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer to the promotion, and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • The prize is an Ipad Mini 4. The prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is offered in place.
  • The prize draw qualifying period runs between the 4th September until the 14th December 2017. No entrants will be accepted after this date.
  • The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date.
  • The communication must be acknowledged by the winner with 72 hours. Failure to respond to our communication means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries.
  • The winners will be selected at random after the closing date by a person independent of the competition.
  • The promoter reserves the rights to withdraw or amend any elements of this competition due to events beyond its control.
  • The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
  • If you are a winner, the Promoter may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.
  • The promotion is open to employees of Lloyds Pharmacy who meet the specified criteria - with the exception of any employees (and their families), or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the prize draw.

  • Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Careway Partner Survey iPad Mini 4 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  • Entrants to this free prize draw must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK. This free prize draw closes on 31st August 2017 at 5pm.
  • There is 1x iPad Mini 4 to be won.
  • Only one entry per person. Each entrant shall enter the free prize draw by completing the ‘Careway Partner Survey’.
  • Entries must be received by 31st August 2017. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt and the promoter does not accept any responsibility for non-receipt or late receipt. No applications from third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
  • No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted.
  • Winners will be contacted via email. The winners will be notified by the 11th September 2017 – this communication must be acknowledged by the winner, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to our communication means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
  • Employees of AAH Pharmaceuticals Limited and their immediate families, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the competition.
  • An independent third party, selected by AAH Pharmaceuticals, will randomly select the winners after 31st August 2017 from all valid and correct entries received. Free prize draw prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
  • We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation, except for the purpose of awarding the prize where necessary. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. The promoter reserves the right with withdraw or amend any elements of this free prize draw due to events beyond its control.
