Healthwatch have a National sales team which promotes healthwatch. The team also provides comprehensive staff training sessions and supports the pharmacy by offering advice regarding on how best to implement the service plus offers insight into how best practice has worked with other pharmacies.
The field team are supported by head office with a dedicated marketing and administration support.
