Services

Healthwatch currently has 15 services, all of which are paper-based excluding the lifestyle assessment service. Five of our services have also received accreditation from the college of Pharmacy practice (CPP); the remaining services will be submitted for accreditation.

The 14 paper-based services are provided with a training resource pack, patient information forms, patient leaflets and appointment cards and the Lifestyle Assessment service is issued on a CD Rom which is supported with patient consent forms.
