LINK Account Managers

Customer Systems Service Desk

There is a dedicated team of systems specialists to support any problems you may experience with LINK, AAHPoint or Medecator.

Should you experience any concerns or should any issues arise, AAH Customer Technology has a team of experts available to answer your calls and solve your problems every working day during normal pharmacy hours. Outside normal hours (for emergency pharmacy services), or for non-urgent enquiries, e-mail our team for a response the next working day.
