IT from AAH
The AAH Dispensing Doctor Service has a set of useful IT services for practices. AAH has played a leading role in ETP (Electronic transfer of prescriptions) and regularly provides practices with updates on the status within the National Programme.
IT is divided into two key areas for Dispensing Practices:
Clinical GP systems:
We currently interact with most of the leading GP systems to try and help you with your discussions with these providers. This includes Emis, TPP and other leading suppliers. We accept orders from most of the systems that are currently able to place orders.
Dispensary Systems:
AAH is a leading supplier of Pharmacy Management systems. Our in-house Link Pharmacy system is a market leader. We also have the following systems available for Dispensing Practices:
AAH Point - Our web based IT management solution. AAH Point facilitates ordering, access to live stock, access to your credits, accounts, sales information, VAT, PA items etc.
The AAH DD Laptop - A dedicated laptop programme for Dispensing Practices that allows fast, reliable ordering from AAH.
