As of 1st November 2018, GSK UK Pharmaceuticals will be changing their distribution model from “Direct to Pharmacy (Agency)” to “reduced wholesale.”

There’s no change to how you order for your patient’s needs, as GSK prescription and vaccine portfolio continues to be available through AAH in three simple ways – Phone, PMR or AAH Point/Medecator. And of course we provide twice daily delivery in our state of the art AAH Pharma Van.

Please note that from the 1st November GSK products are purchased from AAH directly, therefore our standard terms and conditions will apply, instead of GSK’s. A reminder of these, and an updated privacy policy, can be found here.

AAH Statements

There will be a small change to your AAH statements after 1st November 2018. You will be used to seeing some GSK specific discounts, spend and VAT analysis on your monthly statement. These fields will show as zeros in future. This simply means any GSK products you have purchased are no longer segregated from your other ethical purchases.

GSK Rebates

The way GSK pays customer rebates will remain the same. In accordance with our updated Privacy Policy,this will involve us sharing your personal data with GSK. However, if you would prefer your personal data not to be shared with GSK, please email stating your AAH account number within the email. Please note, opting out will impact future rebate values.
